Our business was founded by Bill Cole in 1923. Our first office was in downtown Vancouver, Washington. The Kiggins Theater sign was just one of the iconic signs built, and later restored,  by Vancouver Sign in that era. The company moved to Highway 99 in the Hazel Dell neighborhood in 1953, taking residence in a larger, mid-century brick-faced facility . Vancouver Sign Group was purchased by John Hagensen  in 1969. His son, Bruce Hagensen, then purchased it  in 1981.

The company changed hands again in 2005 and continues under the leadership of Dick and Lynn Miller. A move from Hazel Dell in 2010 to our current, much larger facility, has brought opportunity to produce larger projects. We continue to adopt new technology, while maintaining the tradition of honest customer service.

Vancouver Sign Group  serves the greater Portland, Oregon area. Our local service and repair area is typically within 100 miles of the shop. We also work with select clients throughout the western United States.

From a startup business to a trusted community partner, Vancouver Sign Group is ready to offer you first rate service. Our owners,  Dick and Lynn Miller, take pride in VSG being an active member in the community.
