Owner / Account Representative
Dick Miller started his career at Vancouver Sign in February, 1979. Dick has been involved in all facets of the industry including state sign associations, numerous sign code re-write committees for the County and the City, Chairman of the Sign Installation Apprenticeship Council, and has served as Division Chairman and Director of the World Sign Associates, Division 1. He also has an Electric Administrators license through the State of Washington. Dick purchased Vancouver Sign Group in 2005 and was joined by his wife, Lynn, who serves as Corporate Secretary and Office Administrator. Dick and Lynn are very active in the community and the company supports many non-profit organizations.
Dick’s primary job functions, besides ownership responsibilities, are Account Representative and Project Manager for key accounts, Lead Estimator, and he performs on-site surveys for select projects. Dick graduated from Washington State University and is a die-hard Cougars fan.

Reid Storm works primarily with Dick Miller as an Account Manager to select corporate accounts. He keeps track of client requirements, facilitates the production process, and attends to administrative duties for those accounts.
Ron has vast knowledge in the sign and display industry that can be valuable to you as you plan your sign project. Being in the industry since 1988, He knows the materials and methods, and can offer you the options that will work best for your location. He began his career in the Seattle area after graduating from the Art Institute of Seattle. Ron worked as a graphic designer and illustrator before moving into account management, so he can offer design insight as well as technical knowledge. He is also our resident expert in faux-finish techniques traditionally-painted graphics.
You can trust Ron to give you the information you need for a successful sign project. And, if you are out listening to some live music on the weekend you may see Ron out playing music with his band, Code Blue.
Permit Specialist and Account Representative
Chris started working at Vancouver Sign Group in 2016 as Permit Specialist. He quickly learned the complex permitting and code compliance aspect of the sign industry and gained valuable knowledge of sign production methods.
He is now also the Account Representative for service and repair projects. So, if your sign is in need of repair, contact Charis Brown at Vancouver Sign Group. Chris looks forward to meeting customers, learning about their businesses, and building good relationships.

Operations Manager / Account Representative
Adam grew up in the sign industry. With a parent who owns a sign shop and one who was an installer he started learning early. His career has since included roles in most aspects of sign production, installation, and service. Adam currently is Operations Manager, running the shop, scheduling fabrication and installation, doing quality control, and making sure the materials are ready for your sign project.
Adam is also Account Representative for ship-in installs and some additional local and national accounts.
